Good post. Every time Nichebot makes an improvement, I’m thinking exactly what you mentioned. Everyone has access to this and it’s like an escalating arms race between you and your competitors. I sort of hope that they’re too rigid or lazy to make use of the improvements.

One way out is to use your brain to escape the orthodoxy that everyone else follows.

Another way might be to go in directions that lazy people avoid.
